In this final assignment you're going to bring together everything that you've learned over the course of this class - motion tweens, frame by frame animation, using graphic symbols and movie clips, and adding sound to an animation. You may work with one partner for this project.
The topic of this final project is up to you (and possibly your partner). However it MUST include the following:
- Be 30 seconds in length (to fit the length of a standard background music clip).
- Include background music (located at M:/[INGRAM]/[INGRAM - Resources]/_Production Music... or find your own).
- Include some sort of snippet of dialogue (use a soundbite from the Resources folder or find your own). Movie Sound Clips! is a good place to start.
- Have at least 2 new recognizable and developed characters.
- Well detailed background.
- At least 2 different scenes/locations.
- Moving objects - you can use tweens, frame by frame, or graphic symbols to make the movement - your choice.
- A title and a credit section that is no longer than 8 seconds in length in total (note that this can be part of the entire 30 second animation or it can be added onto a 30 second animation).
How to Submit the Assignment
- Create a folder in M (Media):[INGRAM]\2020\2D Animation\Your Name\A8
- Save the edited animation in .fla and .swf format into this folder.
- Put a comment in Canvas that you've completed the assignment. If more than one person worked on it, mention both student names in the comment.
