This week many of you observed how people use public spaces – here are a few patterns from your notes.

### What Came Up

- People rarely use a space the way its designers intended
- Small obstacles, such as a missing sign or a hard-to-find entrance, change behaviour more than you might expect
- What people say they do and what they actually do are often different
